It was all me getting hyped up too early. Still bazillions of Braxton Hicks contractions, but they don’t seem to be increasing in discomfort or frequency.

I tried ordering the baby out, but it didn’t listen to me. We’ll see if Raspberry tea does anything… !
I’m so with you Greg – all last night I was thinking “tonight’s definitely the night”…after bringing Elise over and having some baby play time, I was SURE that her momma hormones would be flying in full swing! Alas, we wait…maybe this is just the first of baby monkey’s many games with mom & dad. xo
Indeed! Many many games to come. If we could have a baby as awesome as Elise, though, we’d be pretty happy.
Now that my impatience has manifested itself, I’m a bit chill now. Now I’m thinking baby’s going to wait until Monday. We’ll see!
I feel that I must now mention that impatient ourselves in the car today, we changed my cell phone ringtone to the most loud and rediculous song that we could to scare the crap out of us at 3am for “the call”.
Needless to say, Beyoncé’s “halo” now graces my cell phone, and Steve has been singing it at home ever since.
