The monkey digs crafts. He’s usually game to have his photo taken. And he humours his dad all the time.
The other day his Nana got him this wacky Buzz Lightyear toy that has 3 spinning LEDs surrounding his helmet. Squeeze the legs together, the lights start whizzing around. He digs this toy.
How do these things relate? Wait for the dark, set camera on tripod with long exposure time, and tell the boy, “I’m going to take a picture of you going nuts with your toy, OK? But it’s a LOONG picture, so go LOTSA NUTSA!”

We did another one today right before a “Dancing In The Dark” party, but without the Buzz Lightyear toy it just wasn’t as crazy. You said it all– a great expression of our monkey’s energy!!
